Customer Service Executive
Job Description:

• Assist international clients in arranging their healthcare holiday 
• Provide information to clients by call and e-mail 
• Build and manage relationship with key clients 
• Coordinate with our hospitals and travel partners 
• Handle telephone calls 
• Ad hoc assignments   

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality 
• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Business Administration, 
  Arts or related fields 
• New graduates are welcome 
• Desire to provide excellent service to our customers 
• Fast learner 
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
