The Thai Committee for Refugees Foundation (TCR) is the first registered Thai organization with the mission to protect and promote the human rights of refugees, asylum seekers and stateless persons in Thailand and in the broader Southeast Asian region. Our mission is to provide a strategic shift in refugee protection which will result in more sustainable solutions for refugees, asylum seekers and stateless persons in Thailand.
